1. Parties: This contract is concluded between NOA SOLUTIONS YAZILIM VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") on one side and [Buyer's Name and Surname/Trade Name] (hereinafter referred to as "Buyer") on the other side.

2. Subject: The subject of this contract is the regulation of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product/service ordered electronically by the Buyer from the Seller's www.noapanel.com website.

3. Product and Service Information: The type, quantity, unit price, payment method and total price of the purchased product/service are specified by the system during the creation of the order and are an integral part of this contract.

4. Payment and Delivery: The Buyer completes the payment using one of the payment methods specified during the order. In digital services, delivery is provided electronically after the payment is approved.

5. Right of Withdrawal: The Buyer has the right of withdrawal within 7 (seven) days from the delivery of the contractual product/service. However, the right of withdrawal for digital content ends with the use of the product/service by the Buyer.

6. Obligations: The Seller is responsible for providing the product/service to the Buyer in full and in the specified manner. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided during the order.

7. Resolution of Disputes: Disputes arising from this contract between the parties will first be tried to be resolved through conciliation, and if no conciliation can be reached, the Alanya Consumer Arbitration Committees and Courts will have jurisdiction.

8. Enforcement: This contract shall enter into force on the date it is approved electronically.
